Founded by Advocate Varun Shivhare and Advocate Tabish Mooman, the firm represents individuals, corporations, developers, housing societies, trusts and businesses in litigation, advisory, documentation and dispute resolution.
Our partners bring complementary expertise. Advocate Mooman focuses on criminal, regulatory, securities and commercial litigation. Advocate Shivhare predominantly practises on the civil and Original Side of the Bombay High Court, handling testamentary, redevelopment, property and corporate matters.
Together with our Nagpur associate partner Advocate Mandar Pande, the firm offers integrated representation before courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities and quasi-judicial forums throughout Mumbai and across India.
